Our business model

Ruhaama Real Estates' business model is a three-dimensional model: build a dynamic profitable company, create optimum value for our clients and deliver premium returns to our shareholders. Each of our shareholders commit to make a one-time minimum capital contribution of UGX 30,000,000 (approx. USD $8,000). Any additional capital contribution is made on a discretionary basis. We are therefore able to invest in building a solid company that meets standard corporate governance principles. We consistently invest in improving the quality of our real estate properties to achieve continuous appreciation in value for our clients. At least up to 70% of gross company revenues is returned to our shareholders in the form of interest payments and post-tax dividends.

HAMA Serenity Estates

HAMA Serenity Estate No.1, Ssisa

HAMA Serenity Estate No.1 is located at Ssisa, Gayaza Cell, Kajjansi Town Council in Wakiso district, Buganda Region in central Uganda. Overlooking the Akright Estate across the Entebbe Expressway, the Estate is located on a gentle sloping hill creating unlimited scenery of the entire neighbourhood. The 4.7 acres have been carefully subdivided into 19 plots of mainly 100×100 (25 decimals in size) to allow adequate space for planning, construction, and maintenance of adequate green features. The estate is designed as a gated community serviced by an excellent road network and allowing for common security, shared security lighting, and common development of the Estate's green spaces to ensure consistent reduction of its carbon footprint.
