Ruhaama acquires, surveys and develops the estates it sells. The plots listed on this site are our own inventory, not third-party listings, so the details you see come from our own records rather than from an intermediary.
One record, not two
The plots shown here are drawn from the same records our sales and finance teams work from. When a plot is reserved or sold, it changes here at the same moment it changes internally — so a plot cannot appear available on the website while it is already spoken for.
What "verified" means here
Where we show a verification status on a plot, we state what was checked and on what date, and we can share the supporting documentation on request. We do not display a general "verified" or "guaranteed" badge, because a claim like that should mean something specific or not be made at all.
A record you can see
Once you buy, your plot, your payments, your receipts and the progress of your transfer are visible in your own account. Every payment is confirmed against the payment provider before it is treated as received.
